Client User Agreement — Simple Version

The plain-English summary of what you're agreeing to as a SkaiScraper client.

What SkaiScraper is:

• A platform that connects you with verified trades pros
• Tools to manage projects, claims, documents, and messages
• A community to share experiences and read reviews

What SkaiScraper is NOT:

• We're not a contractor, insurer, or law firm
• Contracts and payments are between you and your pro
• We don't guarantee any pro's work — always verify licenses and inspect work

AI features:

• AI damage analysis and summaries are helpful, but informational only
• Always have a qualified professional verify AI output
• Never use AI output to exaggerate or falsify a claim

SkAI Memory — property data:

• Reports on your property (like roof measurements and inspections) may be AI-scanned to pull out property facts
• Those facts save to your property's SkAI Memory history so your pro's estimates and reports start accurate
• It stays with the company handling your project — never sold, never used to train outside AI

Your privacy — the guardrail:

Always private between you and your pro: claims, job details, budgets, documents, workspace photos, and messages. Never public. Ever.

Shared only if you choose (Settings → Privacy): your public profile, before & after photos, project story titles, and reviews.

Personalization:

• We personalize your feed and Trending page from your community activity and city/state
• It never reads your private work data, and it's never sold or shared
• Turn it off anytime in Settings → Privacy

Community rules:

• Be respectful; no hate speech, harassment, spam, or fake reviews
• Only review work you actually received
• After a completed job you may be prompted to review your pro — reviews are public on their trades and company pages

The legal stuff:

• Disputes go to arbitration in Arizona (no class actions)
• We can suspend accounts that break the rules
• You can close your account anytime
