• You MUST verify everything yourself
• We don't certify damage or tell insurers what to approve
• We don't guarantee claims outcomes

Your responsibilities

• Verify AI output
• Don't submit false claims
• Don't misuse the system
• Ensure your work follows code and laws

Liability

• You are responsible for how you use AI
• We are not liable for losses or claim decisions
• Contractors are independent — not our employees

Billing

• Your subscription renews automatically
• You can cancel anytime

Legal

• Governed by Arizona law
• You must accept updates when Terms change
