SkAI Memory Data Contribution Agreement

1. What SkAI Memory is
SkAI Memory is a persistent, per-property intelligence layer. When your organization works on a property and SkAI Memory is enabled, information about that property — roof measurements, geocoded location, and publicly sourced property details — may be retained so the property can be referenced on future work.
2. What is contributed when enabled
- Roof measurement geometry produced by measurement orders — area, squares, pitch, facet count, and edge lengths (ridge, hip, valley, eave, rake).
- Property attributes retrieved from third-party data providers — square footage, year built, bedrooms/bathrooms, roof/HVAC/foundation ages, exterior and architecture type, and last-sale history.
- Geocoded coordinates (latitude/longitude) derived from the property address.
3. What is not contributed
- Homeowner or client personal contact details are not part of SkAI Memory.
- Your day-to-day CRM records (claims, leads, messages, documents) are not affected by this choice and continue to function whether enabled or not.
4. Enabling and disabling
Enablement is per organization, off by default, and controlled in Settings → Data & Privacy. You may disable at any time. When disabled, no new property intelligence is written, third-party enrichment is not performed, and geocoded coordinates are used to complete a request but not retained.
5. Your data rights
- Export. Download everything SkAI Memory holds for your organization at any time.
- Deletion. Remove your organization's accumulated SkAI Memory history. Property records operationally linked to your live claims and jobs are retained so those jobs are not broken; the accumulated property-history timeline is deleted and your organization is disabled from further contribution.
6. Retention
Contributed data is retained while your organization remains enabled, or until you delete it.
