SkAI Memory — Simple Version
Version 2026-07 · A plain-English summary. The full terms are in the Legal view.
What SkAI Memory is
SkAI Memory keeps a history for each property you work on — roof measurements, its map location, and publicly available property details — so a home can be referenced again on future work. Think of it like a vehicle history report, but for houses.
It's off unless you turn it on
Contribution is off by default. Nothing is added to SkAI Memory until your organization turns it on in Settings → Data & Privacy.
What's saved when it's on
- Roof measurement geometry (area, squares, pitch, facets, and edge lengths)
- Property attributes from public data providers (square footage, year built, roof/HVAC/foundation details, and similar)
- The property's map coordinates
What's never part of it
- Homeowner or client personal contact details
- Your everyday CRM records (claims, leads, messages, documents) — those keep working exactly the same whether you're on or off
You're in control
- Turn it off any time in Settings → Data & Privacy.
- Export everything SkAI Memory holds for your organization.
- Delete your organization's SkAI Memory history. Records tied to your live claims and jobs are kept so nothing breaks; the accumulated history is removed and you're switched off.
