1. All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all payments to ClearSkai Technologies, LLC are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for AI Output, Misinterpretation, or Claim Outcomes

No refunds will be granted due to dissatisfaction with AI output, including:

• Incorrect damage classifications
• Ineffective summaries
• Poor claim outcomes
• Denied claims

AI results are informational only. Users must verify all information.

3. Subscription Billing Terms

Subscriptions:

• Are billed automatically
• Renew automatically
• Continue until cancelled

Prorated refunds are not provided.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel anytime. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not entitle users to a refund for past charges.

5. Chargebacks are Strictly Prohibited

Initiating a chargeback for valid charges is considered a violation of our Terms.
