The plain-English summary of what you're agreeing to as a SkaiScraper pro.

What SkaiScraper is:

• A platform to run your trades business: leads, claims tools, client management, AI documentation
• A network to connect with clients and other pros

What SkaiScraper is NOT:

• We're not your employer — you're an independent business
• We're not a party to your contracts with clients
• We don't guarantee jobs, payments, or claim outcomes

Your responsibilities:

• Keep your licensing, insurance, and business info accurate
• Do quality work and honor your contracts
• Protect client data — use it only for the job, never sell or share it

AI features:

• AI outputs (damage detection, reports, estimates) are assistive, not certified assessments
• Review everything before sending it to a client or carrier
• Never use AI to inflate or falsify claims

SkAI Memory — property data:

• Measurement reports, inspections, and project documents may be AI-scanned to extract property facts (roof size, pitch, materials, condition)
• Extracted data saves to the property's SkAI Memory inside your company — it pre-fills estimates and future projects
• It stays org-scoped, is never sold, and follows the Privacy Policy's AI-training restrictions

Privacy — the guardrail:

Always private: client claims, estimates, job documents, signatures, and workspace photos. Never public, never used for community content.

Public only by choice: your company page, portfolio photos your client opted into sharing, your business details, and reviews.

Personalization:

• We rank your job board, feed, and recommendations from your trades, service area, and activity
• That profile stays inside SkaiScraper — never sold or shared
• Opt out anytime in settings

Reviews:

• Clients may review you and your company after completed work
• Company scores can aggregate employee reviews, with filters to view either
• You may respond publicly and professionally

The legal stuff:

• Disputes go to arbitration in Arizona (no class actions)
• We can suspend accounts that break the rules
• You can close your account anytime
