1. Independent Contractor Status

Contractor is NOT an employee of the Company. Contractor is an independent business entity responsible for licensing, insurance, taxes, and workmanship quality.

2. No Responsibility for Contractor Work

ClearSkai Technologies, LLC does NOT perform construction, repairs, or inspections. Contractor is solely liable for all work performed.

3. AI Output Restrictions

Contractor may NOT:

• Treat AI outputs as authoritative
• Submit AI outputs as certified damage assessments
• Use AI to justify pricing without verification
• Use AI summaries as legally-binding documents

Contractor must independently verify all AI results.

4. Liability Allocation

ClearSkai Technologies, LLC is not liable for contractor errors, workmanship failures, misinterpretation of AI data, code violations, or injuries.

5. Indemnification

Contractor shall fully indemnify ClearSkai Technologies, LLC from all claims arising out of contractor work.
