1. Billing Provider

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

2. Subscription Billing Terms

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance. No refunds are offered.

3. AI Processing & Usage-Based Fees

The platform may charge additional fees for:

• AI model usage
• Automated report generation
• Storage overages

4. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, the Company may suspend access until payment is resolved.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a false or invalid chargeback is a violation of the Terms.

6. Price Changes

The Company may modify pricing at any time with notice.
