This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all access to and use of the SkaiScraper platform ("Service").

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use SkaiScraper for any of the following activities:

1.1 Fraud, Insurance Misrepresentation, or Deception

You may NOT:

• Use AI outputs to create false claims
• Misrepresent property conditions
• Fabricate hail or wind damage
• Alter metadata to suggest false timelines
• Upload manipulated images to deceive insurers
• Submit AI-generated text as certified inspection results

1.2 AI Misuse, Abuse, or Unsafe Operation

You may NOT:

• Rely on AI outputs as authoritative fact
• Use AI to replace licensed professionals
• Generate "evidence" for claims using AI enhancements
• Attempt to force the AI model to produce prohibited content

1.3 Illegal, Harmful, or Dangerous Activity

You may NOT:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems
• Use SkaiScraper for harassment, threats, or discrimination

2. Responsibilities of Users

You agree to:

1. Use SkaiScraper responsibly
2. Verify the accuracy of AI outputs
3. Follow all relevant laws and regulations
4. Obtain consent before entering homeowner or client information

3. Violations & Enforcement

ClearSkai Technologies, LLC may:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove content
• Report illegal behavior to authorities
