3.1 Personalization & Interest-Based Content

With your consent (given when you accept this policy), we use signals from how you use SkaiScraper — the categories of projects you post, pros you view or save, topics you engage with, and your general area (city/state, never your street address) — to personalize what you see:

• Trending & feed ranking: surfacing stories, project topics, and pros near you that match your interests
• Recommendations: suggesting pros, groups, and community content you're more likely to find useful
• Digest content: choosing what appears in optional email or notification digests

Rules we hold ourselves to:

• Interest profiles are used inside SkaiScraper only — never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers
• Personalization never draws on the contents of your claims, job documents, project files, private messages, or private photos — only on public/community activity and coarse usage signals
• You can opt out of interest-based personalization at any time in Settings → Privacy (you'll see recency-based content instead)
• Deleting your account deletes your interest profile

3.2 What Stays Private vs. What You Can Share

We enforce a hard separation between your work data and your community presence:

Always private (never shown publicly, never used for personalization content):

• Insurance claim details, numbers, and status
• Job and project details, estimates, budgets, and pricing
• Documents, signatures, and files exchanged with your pro
• Photos in your project/claim workspaces
• Private messages

Shareable only when YOU choose to (via Settings → Privacy or an explicit share action):

• Your public profile (name, photo, bio, city/state)
• Property photos you opt into showing (e.g. before & after shots)
• Project stories (titles only — never budgets, documents, or addresses)
• Your claims experience (what you write in community posts — the underlying claim data stays private)
• Reviews you leave for pros and companies

4. AI Processing & Data Handling

SkaiScraper uses AI models for:

• Roof & property damage analysis
• Image categorization
• Report generation
• Contractor workflow suggestions
• Claims structure automation
• Document and photo summarization

4.1 AI Training Restrictions

Your data is NOT used to train public AI models.

Your data may be used to:

• Improve internal model accuracy
• Enhance product performance
• Detect fraudulent patterns
• Optimize classification tools

We do not sell training datasets or expose user data to third-party training systems without explicit contractual guarantee of privacy.

4.2 AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may:

• Be inaccurate
• Misidentify objects or materials
• Contain false positives or false negatives
• Misinterpret conditions
• Omit relevant information
• Produce hallucinations

You must review all AI outputs before using them professionally.

SkaiScraper is not liable for decisions made using AI-generated content.

4.3 Property Intelligence (SkAI Memory)

Documents and reports processed through the Platform — including measurement reports, inspection reports, photos, and related project files — may be automatically scanned by AI to extract property information (for example: roof dimensions, pitch, materials, condition, and measurement data).

Extracted property data is saved to the property's SkAI Memory profile — a property history record scoped to your organization — so it can pre-fill estimates, reports, and future projects for the same property.

• SkAI Memory data is visible only within the organization that generated it
• It is never sold and never shared outside your organization except as described in Section 5
• It is subject to the same AI Training Restrictions in Section 4.1
• Organization admins may correct or delete extracted property data at any time

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

You control whether your project or claim info becomes accessible.

• Hosting providers
• Email/SMS vendors
• AI inference engines
• Customer support tools
• Payment processor (Stripe)

All subprocessors agree to confidentiality and restricted usage.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose data when required by:

• Subpoena
• Regulatory investigation

We attempt to notify users unless prohibited.

If you upload copyrighted content without authorization, DMCA rules apply.
